Below is all the information you need to begin the speaker registration process. Need help? Call our office at (006) 0123666386 and we will be happy to walk you through the process.

How It Works:

In order for your application to be considered, this form must be submitted in full no later then 2 months before show time. Unfortunately, not every application will be selected and completion of this form is not a guarantee that your presentation will be selected. If your proposed workshop is selected, note that this is a platform for your to present yourself and your programs and your company. Proceeds from the workshop ticket sales will be given to the chosen charity organisation. You can choose to give a 1hour talk. We will contact you about the status of your application..

PROPOSED PRESENTATION(S): Please type in information exactly as you would like it to be published. Health and Happiness Festival reserves the right to edit titles, description and biography to meet space requirements.

3) SCHEDULING: Presentations will be scheduled starting Saturday afternoon and ending Sunday evening. Specify any Day or Times you will be UNAVAILABLE to speak: (We may schedule your presentation(s) any Day/Time NOT indicated below.)
4) AUDIO - VISUAL EQUIPMENT: Microphone(s) and markerboard will be provided for most lectures and workshops. If you will need any additional AV equipment (slide projector, overhead projector, screen, blackboard, microphone, etc.) you must either bring your own or rent from an AV service in advance. Do you want additional AV equipment?:
